Over 100 homes in Málaga. And a straight five on Google.

I can tell you anything I like. They have nothing left to gain.
Copied straight from my Google profile, names and photos included. Not one has been edited, and several of them are about pain rather than abs.
Alex ha sido un cambio total en mi vida. Como mi entrenador personal en Málaga, ha sabido adaptar cada rutina a mis objetivos, mi nivel y mis horarios. Es muy profesional, motivador y siempre tiene la mejor actitud. Me ayuda a mantenerme constante.

You did not stop because you are lazy. It simply did not fit.
A drive. Ten minutes looking for a parking space. The changing room, the queue for the machine, the changing room again and the drive home.
Two hours out of your day to train for one.
That is why it falls apart in October. Not because you do not want to — because it does not fit.
And then comes the ugly part nobody talks about. You feel guilty. You decide you lack character. And in January you pay another joining fee, go for three weeks and stop again, only now you are thirty euros poorer and a little more convinced there is something wrong with you.
There is not. Your problem was never your character.
It was the logistics. Change the logistics and the discipline shows up on its own.
Two hours to train for one. Here it is none.
- 0 min driving. I come to you, and travel is included wherever you live inside the area.
- 0 min in a changing room. You are already home. You get out of the shower and sit on your own sofa.
- 0 min queueing. The dumbbell you need is already in my hand.
- No membership. No joining fee, no minimum term, no notice period to leave.
The first one is an assessment. And you decide nothing that day.
I know why you do not fill in forms: because you assume «free» is a set-up to sell you a thousand-euro package in your own living room. It is not. Here is what actually happens, minute by minute.
- 1
I ring the bell at the time you chose
And I bring the whole gym up in one go, in a trolley and a backpack: up to seventy kilos of dumbbells and kettlebells, plus bands, TRX, a pulley and the Handy Gym Pro. Five minutes to set up. You buy nothing, store nothing and move nothing but the coffee table.
- 2
I watch how you move
How you walk, how you squat, how far that shoulder goes and what hurts when it does. Five minutes. That is what tells me where to start and, more importantly, where not to.
- 3
We train for a full hour
Not a fifteen-minute demo. Fifty-five minutes with someone watching only you and correcting every rep, so you know exactly what Thursdays with me look like before paying a euro.
- 4
I pack up, take it away and tell you the truth
If I think I can help, I say so and we book the next day. And if I think you need a physio, a doctor or an ordinary gym, I say that too. Losing an hour is cheaper for me than losing a client in three weeks.
What comes out of the boot
- Adjustable dumbbells
- Kettlebells
- Bands
- TRX
- Pulley
- Handy Gym Pro
- Medicine ball
- Mat

Málaga and all the way to Fuengirola. Travel is included.
Whether you live in Teatinos or Benalmádena you pay the same: there is no surcharge for being further out. And we train wherever you can actually be at that hour, which is not always the living room.

Your living room
Push the coffee table aside and there is room to spare. Two metres by two is a session: the space of a mat and half a metre around it.

Your terrace, as a pair
The same hour, each with their own loads and their own plan. It works out at 25 € per person — cheaper than two separate memberships.

The building rooftop
Kettlebells up and kettlebells down, and I carry them. In summer at eight in the morning it is the best spot in Málaga.

Your building gym
The one you already pay for in the community fees and nobody uses. If it is missing kit, I bring it.

The seafront
If what you want is to get out of the flat, we get out. Beach, park or court, depending on the day and on your back.

A court, as a group
Three to five people, 20 € each. Five is the cap: above that I cannot correct you properly and I would rather not take it.
I cover these areas, no surcharge
- Málaga Centro
- Teatinos
- El Limonar
- La Malagueta
- Pedregalejo
- El Palo
- Huelin
- Churriana
- Rincón de la Victoria
- Torremolinos
- Benalmádena
- Fuengirola
Not seeing yours? Send me the name of the neighbourhood on WhatsApp and I will tell you in a minute whether I get there.
What a personal trainer costs in Málaga. Right here, without calling.
In this business the norm is that you have to request a quote to find out a number. That seems like a waste of both our time, so here are the four prices I have. Equipment and travel are included in all of them.
Ten-session pack
35€ each
350 € for ten. No monthly expiry.
- Five euros less per session
- A written plan for your goal
- Equipment and travel included
Single session
40€ per session
To start without committing to anything.
- No pack, no minimum term
- Pay for the ones you train
- The first one is free
As a pair
25€ per person
With whoever you like beside you.
- Same hour, each with their own loads
- Better value than going alone
- Equipment and travel included
Group of 3 to 5
20€ per person
Five at most: above that I cannot correct you properly.
- Same circuit, different loads
- In a garden, rooftop or park
- If one drops out, the session goes on
No NIE, no Spanish bank account and nothing to sign. The first session is free and you decide nothing that day.

You are letting a stranger into your home. Worth knowing which one.
My name is Alejandro Lozano and I have spent three years walking into homes across Málaga with a boot full of iron.
Almost none of the people I train came from sport. They arrive in their forties, with a disc problem or an operated knee, and afraid of hurting themselves. That fear is reasonable, and it is the first thing to remove: before the weight, before the plan and long before the scales.
And then there is the part no qualification covers: remembering that your shoulder hurt on Tuesday and asking about it on Thursday. That is what keeps people here a year later — not the master’s.
- Degree in Sports Science (CCAFYDE)
- Master’s in injury rehabilitation
- Three years at home in Málaga
What people ask me before opening the door.
Do you actually speak English?
Yes, fluently. A good part of my clients train with me in English. You will be able to explain an old injury, ask why we are doing something, or tell me your knee felt odd yesterday — without translating it in your head first.
Do I need a NIE, a Spanish bank account or a contract?
None of the three. There is no membership, no joining fee and no minimum term. You book sessions and you pay for sessions. That is the whole arrangement.
I am only in Málaga for a few months. Is that a problem?
Not at all, and it is one of the main reasons people call me. Seasonal residents, people on long stays and people who winter here all train with me without signing anything.
Do I need equipment, or a big enough room?
Neither. I bring adjustable dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, a TRX, a medicine ball and a mat, and I take them away afterwards. Two metres by two is plenty — the space of a mat and half a metre around it.
Where do we train?
Wherever suits you: your flat, your garden, your terrace, your building gym, or outdoors. Plenty of my sessions happen on a terrace or by the beach, which is one of the perks of living here.
I have pain, or I am coming back from an injury. Can I train?
Yes, and that is where I help most. My master’s is in injury rehabilitation: I know what load a tender back or an operated knee can take today, and what breaks it. We train to remove the pain, not to put up with it. If it has not been diagnosed, see a doctor or physio first.
What does it cost?
40 € per one-to-one session, or 35 € each with the ten-session pack (350 €). 25 € per person if you train as a pair, and 20 € per person in a group of three to five. Equipment and travel are included. The first session is free.
What are your qualifications?
A degree in Sports Science (CCAFYDE) and a master’s in injury rehabilitation. That second one is why a lot of people come to me with a back, a knee or a shoulder rather than a weight-loss goal.
No need to tell me your life story. «Hi» will do.
I will ask the rest. And if the answer is that I cannot help you, I will say so before getting in the car.
